And I know this because I created the template with these generic responses. So, if you (the customer) received a notification that looked like this: " Delivered At Front Door", that means the Dispatcher/Package Specialist that works at the Atlanta warehouse was ordered to manually mark this package delivered.Ī general message would be sent to customers who opened a case in regards to their package stating the following: " PLEASE GIVE 24-48 HRS FOR RE-DELIVERY", "BRANCH HAS BEEN NOTIFIED, PLEASE GIVE US 24-72 HRS TO INVESTIGATE", "PLEASE CONTACT SELLER FOR REIMBURSEMENT OR RE-SHIPMENT OF PRODUCT(S)", etc. So if there are 500 packages still out for delivery after 9 pm, warehouse employees are instructed ( really forced or else terminated) to manually mark them delivered at "front door" so our system registers it as all packages were delivered for that day, hence, to make our numbers look good. Now, progress reports are sent daily every 2 hours to the Atlanta region to see how many packages are still "Out for Delivery". warehouse employees manually mark packages delivered that were not delivered. We have a Floating General Manager (whose name I will not mention) that goes to different Lasership facilities within their region (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, etc.) to up the numbers. These numbers are fraudulent and let me explain how. Īs mentioned before, Lasership merged with shipping company OnSite, and that's because of how "great our numbers are". After she quit, 7 corporate men including the CEO himself had to get this place together. After being mistreated for the last time, she quit. One supervisor was working 14-18hrs a day 7 days a week just to keep this warehouse afloat. All the while, the general manager and operations manager are on vacation while everything is going haywire. People who even mentioned OSHA to management were fired on the spot. OSHA ( Occupational Safety and Health Administration ) was contacted SEVERAL times and nothing was done about this. a loaded truck full of Nike packages was stolen from an unsecured fully operating Lasership warehouse. There were no offices to operate in (hence why customers & customer service could not get ahold of anyone at the warehouse to locate their packages - no phones, no working computers w/ access, nothing), no operating bathrooms (employees had to leave the warehouse and go to a nearby gas station just to pee and wash their hands), working in below 40° weather, no security literally, anyone could have walked in and stole packages and hurt someone - and that's exactly what happened.Ĭars broken into, police showing up for people with warrants out for their arrest, carrying loaded weapons in the facility, random people coming and going, packages by the truckload stolen and I mean literally. When we were relocated, the building was incomplete. The company was originally located in Kennesaw, GA (down the street from Kennesaw State University) and relocated to Smyrna, GA in October/November. If you were missing packages in 2021 during peak season (October 2021 - January 2022) I can tell you right now that those packages were indeed not lost, they were stolen by many people (including management). The worst I have ever seen this company is during peak (holiday) season of last year. Lasership is a below-average independent regional 3rd party shipping company that just merged with shipping company OnSite in September/October of 2021.ġst let me start by saying that this company is so horribly run, I have lasted longer than 3 general managers, 2 operations managers, 6 warehouse supervisors, 16 office employees, and a plethora of warehouse workers all within 14 months. If you have had any issues with your packages (especially in Atlanta, GA) then let me give you the rundown of how this entire operation is going. I have been a Lasership employee in the Atlanta district for about 1 ½ years and I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt that this company is the definition of corruption. Lasership Manager Pleads Guilty To Theft.
